Croeso/Welcome to our quiet family Camping and Caravanning Certificated Site, situated on the beautiful Cilan Headland, approximately 3 miles from the centre of Abersoch village, with panoramic views of Hells Mouth Bay, Bardsey Island and Snowdonia. Open Easter to October. Members only, but non-members may join on site.
Cilan headland on the Lleyn peninsula is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and a site of Special Scientific Interest. Ideally situated for family holidays or short breaks. Enjoy the wildlife (rare flora and fauna) and panoramic views of the Lleyn Peninsula. Beautiful beaches within easy reach:- (See map). There are activities locally to suit all the family, fishing, surfing, jet skiing, horse riding,(stables adjacent to the camp site,) watersports, sailing and there are several golf courses in the area.
Ideal for cycling, so bring your bicycle. The night skies are magnificent, telescopes or binoculars are a must. Conveniently situated for day trips. Walk or take the train to the summit of Snowdon. Enjoy a boat trip to Bardsey Island, or a ride on the little trains of Wales. Some of the Welsh castles are within easy reach.
